• Note the cleaner the product maker approves, how much to dilute it, and which pads and equipment to use.
• Note how to keep grit off the floor, handle spills, and protect it from furniture.
• Write down each product's limits on use. Don't assume one cure time fits every product.
• Note who to contact with questions or concerns after the job.
