Fill this in for your actual project and the system you chose. A blank field doesn't count as an approval or a certification.

[ ] Check safe access, the equipment route, utilities and the edges of the work area.
[ ] Find out what the existing floor materials are. If you can't identify something, have it properly assessed before anyone disturbs it.
[ ] Settle how the work area gets closed off from spaces in use, and plan dust control, ventilation, and waste.
[ ] Check that the sample is approved, product conditions are met, and other trades are lined up in the right order.
[ ] Write down who moves the furniture out and who puts it back.
