[ ] Use protection that's approved for the finish and the site. Keep grit from collecting under it.
[ ] Don't put tape straight on the finished floor unless the chosen system's instructions allow it.
[ ] Keep oil, paint, metal debris and wet materials off exposed areas.
[ ] Spread heavy loads out and keep wheels clean. Lift equipment instead of dragging it.
[ ] Check the protection often and report damage before covering it up.
