Polished concrete scope of work

- Spell out what mechanical polishing is and how it differs from grind and seal.
- Write down removal, prep, how much repair is allowed for, and what's excluded.
- Spell out how much stone shows and the look, using an approved sample. Include edges and the spots where the floor meets other surfaces.
- Name the densifier (the hardening treatment) and any protective treatment, with their current technical documents.
- Write down access, cleanup, how changes get approved, price, and who is responsible for what at handover.
