Austin Polished Concrete Floors ("we", "us", "our") is a concrete flooring contractor based in Austin, TX, with more than 20 years in the concrete trade. This policy explains what we do with the information you give us through this website. Your use of the site is also covered by our Terms of Service.

2. Information we collect

We collect the information you give us yourself, which usually includes:

  • Your name, phone number, and email address
  • Project location, rough floor area, and how the property is used
  • Floor condition, the finish you want, and your timeline
  • Any photos, measurements, or notes you send about your slab
  • The message you write and any emails or messages between us afterward

Our quote form also records the page you sent it from, so we can see what you were reading when you got in touch. We don't ask for payment details through this website.

3. How we use your information

  • To look at your project and put together a quote or written scope
  • To call, email, or text you about your inquiry, site visit, or scheduled work
  • To answer your questions after a project, including questions about care and upkeep
  • To keep records of the work we did and what we agreed
  • To improve the guides and service pages on this site

We don't add you to a marketing list without your permission, and we don't sell your personal information.

If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your request, a site visit, your project, and questions afterward. Message and data rates may apply. To stop texts, reply STOP or tell us by phone or email, and we'll stop. We don't send marketing texts without your separate permission.

4. Form handling and service providers

The quote and contact forms on this site, including our area estimator, run through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), an outside form service that emails your message to us. Along the way, what you send passes through that company's systems. FormSubmit handles it under its own terms and privacy policy. We don't control how outside companies run their systems, and as far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for their practices. Beyond that, we may share information with companies that help us run the business, like email or accounting providers, and with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it.

5. Cookies and analytics

This site may use cookies or similar tools for basic analytics so we can see which pages are useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site still works without them. If we add analytics or tag management tools, we'll list them here when they go live.

6. How long we keep your information

We keep inquiry details as long as we need them to respond. If a project goes ahead, we also keep them as a record of the work and of your signed scope, including any warranty terms it lists. When a project doesn't go ahead, the inquiry stays with us only as long as it's still useful for follow up. We may keep project records, signed documents, photos, and messages longer when we need them for payment, taxes, warranty questions, or legal claims.

  • Ask us to correct information that is wrong
  • Ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep for the reasons in section 6
  • Opt out of any messages from us that aren't necessary

8. Photographs and project records

We ask your permission before we publish photos of your property, say where your project is, or quote you. Photos marked as example work show the kinds of finishes and process we do, not a specific customer's project. Photos of our completed projects are on our project pages.

9. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us, including limiting who can access inquiry records. Nothing sent over the internet is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive personal documents through the website form.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy at any time, such as when our practices or the tools we use change. The date at the top shows when we last changed it.
